Warranty & Service

You receive a two-year guarantee on the GIGANT Newline premium series and on all other Baf© series, valid from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not apply in the event of improper handling. Scratches, stains, discoloration or damage caused by overheating are not grounds for complaint. Any cuts or scratches on the surface of the inner seal do not affect the frying and/or cooking performance. Should you have any complaints, please contact our customer service.
